I know how quickly the to-do list can grow and how easy it is to feel pulled in a dozen directions at once. That’s where I come in! I genuinely enjoy helping lighten the load by bringing order to the chaos.
My work as a virtual assistant and social media manager is all about keeping things moving without the chaos. I handle the behind-the-scenes details, organizing, planning, and supporting, so business owners can show up consistently without running themselves into the ground. I care just as much about how things feel as how they function.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, which shapes how I approach my work. It’s given me a strong understanding of communication, behavior, and workflow, so I’m always thinking about what’s sustainable, effective, and realistic for the people I’m supporting. Add in my background as a veteran and military spouse, and you’ll get someone who’s adaptable, steady, and serious about follow-through.
